Representative Kubina gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on            
HB 119 (page 1978).                                                            
                                                                               
**The presence of Representative Barnes was noted.                             
                                                                               
Representative Kubina moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
reconsideration of HB 119 be taken up on the same day.  There being            
no objection, it was so ordered.                                               
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 119                                                            
"An Act exempting schools from certain fees charged by the                    
Department of Environmental Conservation; and providing for an                 
effective date."
